ACTION AND DESCRIPTION Topical treatment of eyelids and eyelashes in adults and children when there are secretions derived from allergies, inflammations and/or infections such as blepharitis or blepharoconjunctivitis. Its use is indicated for pre- and/or post-op treatments following ophthalmic surgery. They are also indicated for the daily treatment of the periocular area in people predisposed to suffer from blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis of various kinds. They are suitable for contact lens wearers. COMPOSITION Aqua, polysorbate 20, sodium hyaluronate, disodium EDTA, trisodium citrate dihydrate, aloe vera gel powder, glycerol, chlorhexidine digluconate, citric acid mono-hydrate, allantoin, sodium hydroxymethylglycinate. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE With clean hands, open the sachet and remove the wipe. Place the wipe on the eyelid area and rub gently to achieve adequate cleansing and remove secretions. In cases of particularly persistent secretions or tear duct occlusion, it is advisable to warm the sealed sachet for a few minutes in warm water (approximately 40°C) and then use the wipe as a hot compress, massaging the area gently. Alternatively, in cases of phlogosis, it is advisable to chill the sachet in the refrigerator for a few hours and then place the open wipe over the eye, holding it for a few minutes as a cold compress. PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS The sterility of the product is only guaranteed if the sachet is intact. The wipe is disposable. Reuse may spread the infection. For external use. Discontinue treatment in cases of obvious irritation or hypersensitivity to the product. Do not use the same wipe for both eyes in cases of infection.
