Fine-grained Kłodawska pink salt, non-iodized, 1 kg

A gift of nature from 250 million years ago - Kłodawa rock salt, a classic seasoning that enhances the taste of dishes, soups, fish, meat, sauces and homemade preserves. A mineral with a high degree of purity, containing the richest source of "elements of life", i.e. trace elements necessary for the proper functioning of the human body. They include a group of macroelements, that is, basic elements, and a group of microelements (trace elements). Macroelements include: calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus . Trace elements include: boron, chromium, zinc, fluorine, iodine, cobalt, silicon, copper, molybdenum, nickel, selenium, vanadium and iron . The last iron in this group, which occurs in the form of iron oxides (hematite dispersed in salt), is responsible for the particular color of the salts, the amount of which determines the intensity of the color. Being one of the few salts available on the market, it does not contain E 536 (potassium ferrocyanide K4Fe(CN)6) or potassium iodide.
