Each single dose is for single use. Do not use a single-dose that has already been opened and/or used, for hygiene reasons, to avoid using a potentially degraded product. Discard the single-dose immediately after use. Do not use the product if the individual packaging is open or if the single-dose has a visible defect. Ensure your hands are clean. A. Press the contents of the applicator towards the tip. B. Break the seal of the protective cap by twisting it to remove and discard it. C. Hold the applicator between your thumb and index finger by the reservoir side that contains the gel. Gently insert the sharp end of the single-dose into the vagina (the reservoir side should be on the outside of the vagina). Squeeze firmly with a sharp blow to release the entire dose of gel into the vagina. Remove the applicator from the vagina and discard it. For use vaginally or on the external intimate area. As a moisturizer for vulvovaginal dryness and/or as a healing agent: - Internally: 1 application 2 to 3 times a week until symptoms subside. - Externally: A small amount can be applied 1 to 2 times a day to massage the intimate area. As a lubricant: 1 application at the time of sexual intercourse (or before for greater discretion). A small amount can be applied to a condom. PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS Do not use this product if you are known to be allergic to any of the ingredients. Talk to your doctor or midwife before use during pregnancy. Compatible with condoms. Can be combined with any hormonal treatment. Not a contraceptive. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the individual package. Allergy to any of the ingredients. Burns may occur during first use.
