External use (adults, adolescents and children from 4 years)

If the doctor does not prescribe otherwise, the ointment is applied to the chest and back 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Keep painted areas warm with a flannel or woolen scarf or warm clothing. Do not apply to the mucous membranes and the area around the eyes, wash your hands well after use (see section "Warnings and precautions").

Use on the skin is not recommended for children aged 2.5 to 4 years.

For inhalation (adults, adolescents and children from 6 years)

Dissolve 2 teaspoons of ointment in half to one quart of hot, but not boiling, water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale for 5-10 minutes. When using an inhaler, follow the instructions for that device.

Inhalation use is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

Warning

Mucoplant ointment for colds should not be used in children under 2.5 years of age. Make sure that children do not touch the skin treated with ointment and also that an adult supervises during inhalation. If symptoms persist for 3-5 days, in case of difficulty breathing, headache, fever, puriform (bloody) sputum or runny nose, please contact a doctor.

Composition

Eucalyptus essential oil, Scots pine essential oil, racemic camphor, purified corn oil, yellow wax and solid fat.
