Black cumin oil contains over 100 different nutrients - the most notable are: vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, D, E and F, minerals and elements Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, P, Cu, K. Leaf acid, unsaturated fatty acids omega 3 and 6. The oil also has an extraordinary content of nigelin bitterness, which is not found in any other oil and preparation.

Use:

• For internal use, an BIO quality, cold pressed oil that is not diluted with any other oil is recommended (this oil is BIO quality)
• Internal - preventive - in the morning 1 teaspoon per day mixed with either honey or fresh juice (for example, orange or tangerine). In case of stronger manifestations, it is possible to take another teaspoon in the evening. For treatment, e.g. cancer 3 x 1 teaspoon per day (with a healthy diet). It is good to dilute 1:1 with sesame oil for vegetable salads
• Externally - apply or massage the affected or areas of interest (eg wrinkles) several times a day. It is excellent for dry, irritated and inflamed skin and hives
