Properties:
Algamar brand seaweed is all wild seaweed, harvested from the unpolluted coasts of the Galicia region of Spain. There are also cultured seaweeds, but they cannot be compared qualitatively and nutritionally with wild ones. Another great advantage of Algamar wild algae is that they are far from radiation sources. Nori is a relatively small algae, but with many layers. This version, which is not shredded, is suitable for sushi. It is rich in protein, vitamin A and B12. Ideal to eat raw.

Method of preparation:
- raw: leave to soak for 20 minutes, roll sushi in seaweed foil.
- fried: without soaking them, fry for 2 minutes and sprinkle on salads, soups, rice, couscous, vegetables.
- boiled: boil for 15 minutes with rice, potatoes, vegetables.
- in the oven: add to lasagna or vegetables in the oven.
