Ingredients: Fish oil from pelagic fish, natural lemon flavor, antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols.

Daily serving: 1 teaspoon (5 ml). Take 1 teaspoon of oil per day. We recommend taking it with or immediately after a meal.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect occurs when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed per day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain proper health, you should eat a varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
