Voucher purchase:

• Choose an electronic voucher from our website (you can find other options here), add to the basket and buy as a classic product. We will then deliver the selected voucher by email
• Credits or other discount vouchers can be used towards the purchase of a voucher
• Only the electronic version of the voucher is available

Voucher redemption:

• The voucher must be used immediately for the entire order, the unused part is forfeited or the difference must be paid if the value of the voucher is exceeded
• The voucher is valid for 12 months, you can find the date directly on the voucher
• Gift Voucher must be used in one order (cannot be split)
• Multiple gift vouchers can be used in one order
• The gift voucher can be combined with discount coupons and credits
