The food supplement BONNIK PRO KOMPLEKS 100% PURE SINGULARIS Superior contains a complex of insoluble and soluble fibers. The insoluble fiber in unground and ground psyllium (Plantago ovata) helps improve bowel function and ease bowel movement.

List of ingredients:

Ingredients: psyllium (Plantago ovata), psyllium powder (Plantago ovata), chicory inulin, beetroot, Lactospore® - bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856.

Recommended dose:

1-2 tablespoons per day

Do not exceed the recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day.

Instructions for use:

1-2 tablespoons per day mixed with 200 ml of water or juice, mix well and drink immediately after preparation with a glass of water. After the meal, drink an additional portion of liquid (1-2 glasses of water or juice).

Contraindications:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the food supplement.

Keep in a dry place, at a temperature below 25°C, out of the reach of small children. Protects against light.
