Ingredients: sunflower oil, D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E from sunflower), menaquinone (vitamin K2Mk7 from natto), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D from lanolin).

Daily portion: Adults: 5 drops. Shake before consumption. Measure 5 drops onto a teaspoon and consume directly or add to a cold meal.

Precautions: Do not use for people allergic to any ingredient of the preparation. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a doctor before use. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the result with a doctor or pharmacist. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (eg, warfarin and acenocoumarol). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended as these factors are important for health.
