Hydra7® is a research-based sea buckthorn seed and pulp extract (SBA24®).
The sea buckthorn species has been selected to guarantee a certain content of unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants (carotenoids and vitamin E).
The extraction is carried out without solvents and is standardized to always offer the same quality. These are the 4 families of unsaturated fatty acids: omega-3, omega-6, omega-7 and omega-9.
Omega-7 is not very common in our diet and is present in two specific oils: sea buckthorn oil and macadamia oil. They are stable to oxidation.
Fatty acids structure the membranes of our cells, including those of the mucous membranes and skin. Furthermore, in the skin they constitute the connection between our cells and participate in the waterproofness of the skin, protecting it from the outside world.
