Ingredients: 10:1 extract of valerian root (Valeriana Officinalis), BioPerine® - 50:1 extract of black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit standardized to 95% piperine, cellulose capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Daily portion: Take 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
