Recommended daily dose:
Adults: 1 drop/day on the tongue, especially in winter (October-April).
- in case of hypovitaminosis D (rickets, osteomalacia) administer 1 drop placed on the tongue until recovery;
- in the maintenance treatment in case of osteoporosis, 1 drop/day, on the tongue
Children: as directed by the doctor
