La berce est une herbe aux nombreuses propriétés médicinales, utilisée entre autres pour traiter l'infertilité féminine et masculine, la frigidité, l'impuissance, l'augmentation de la libido, l'annexite et la ménopause précoce.
Quels sont les bienfaits de la berce?
Le traitement à la crinière d'ours est important pour soulager le stress, la fatigue et l'épuisement. Elle aide également à réguler le cycle menstruel, stimule l'activité des ovaires, détend les muscles vaginaux et utérins, contribue au maintien de la vitalité du corps et à l'augmentation des performances sexuelles chez les femmes et les hommes. Il a un effet vasodilatateur et est recommandé aux personnes ayant des extrémités froides ou hypertendues.
Comment la crinière d'ours est-elle commercialisée?
Sous forme de gélules contenant : Extrait de racine de berce (Heracleum sphondylium), parties aériennes, graines, racines, cellulose microcristalline (agent de charge), silice colloïdale (antiagglomérant), stéarate de magnésium.
La teinture de raisin d'ours est un extrait hydroalcoolique des racines et des graines de raisin d'ours.
La tisane contient des parties aériennes de la busserole et soutient la santé du système reproducteur féminin et masculin.
Quelle est la méthode de traitement de la busserole?
Les gélules de berce sont à prendre 2 à 3 fois par jour, 30 minutes avant les repas. La durée de prise recommandée est d'au moins 3 mois.
La teinture est prise 3 fois par jour, 1 cuillère à café dans 100 ml d'eau, 30 minutes avant un repas (adultes). Ce traitement est recommandé pendant au moins 30 jours.
Pour une infusion, faire infuser 2 cuillères à café de la plante (feuilles et fruits) dans 100 ml d'eau de source de préférence, du soir au matin. Filtrer et verser 150 ml d'eau bouillante sur le reste de l'herbe. Après 15 minutes, ajouter l'eau dans laquelle la plante a été infusée à l'infusion. Boire 3 tasses par jour, une tasse 15 minutes avant les repas.
Quand la busserole est-elle contre-indiquée?
Branca Bearberry n'est pas recommandé pour les personnes souffrant d'hypotension, les personnes ayant un adénome de la prostate, différents types de cancer génital, les fibromes utérins, l'intolérance aux composants du produit.
Les personnes souffrant d'insuffisance rénale ou hépatique ne sont pas indiquées pour prendre des suppléments sans l'avis de leur médecin traitant.
Les personnes souffrant de sensibilité gastrique doivent consommer le produit après un repas.
Le Bearberry peut-il être pris pendant la grossesse ou l'allaitement ?
La busserole est contre-indiquée pendant la grossesse et l'allaitement.
La busserole a-t-elle des effets secondaires?
La cueillette de la berce peut provoquer des irritations cutanées. Le port de gants est recommandé, surtout si la peau entre en contact avec le jus de la berce.
Dans de rares cas, une sensibilité à la lumière ou des allergies cutanées peuvent survenir.
Il est recommandé d'éviter le soleil après le début d'une cure, car la consommation de crin de raisin d'ours augmente la sensibilité de la peau à la lumière.
