Distonoplant

Distonoplant is indicated for inducing a state of physical and mental well-being, as the plants in the composition of the tablets or teas have relaxing and tonic properties, without inducing drowsiness or dependence. There is also a special version of Distonoplant for anxiety.

Distonoplant for anxiety is the Distonoplant Forte capsule variant, which is indicated for patients recently diagnosed with mild to moderate depressive disorders, anxiety and neurovegetative dystonia.

Distonoplant for anxiety contains three plants known for their adaptogenic effect and also has a nootropic effect, i.e. it improves memory, protects the central nervous system and is a tonic at this level.

Distonoplant capsules are a Romanian herbal supplement with relaxation-inducing properties. There are 3 different formulas, with similar ingredients but different concentrations:

Distonoplant capsules N144: contains 132 mg of valerian, 132 mg of fenugreek seeds and 66 mg of serlai.

Distonoplant capsules Mami și bebe: contains 160 mg of vinariță, 64 mg of roiniță, 64 mg of passiflora and 32 mg of chamomile flowers.

Distonoplant Forte capsules N171: contains 114 mg of vinariță, standardised dry extract of Rhodiola rosea and ashwagandha root, 57 mg of convulvus prostatus, 49.4 mg of passionflower, 3.8 mg of lemon verbena essential oil, 3.8 mg of bitter orange leaf essential oil.

Contraindications for Distonoplant are specified in relation to a history of hypersensitivity to the plants contained in the capsules or tea. There are also contraindications for Distonoplant related to administration to children, as there are preparations that cannot be administered to children under 16 years of age (Forte capsules) or children under 6 years of age (Distonoplant teas).

The manufacturer also mentions contraindications for Distonoplant for pregnant women, both for teas and capsules.

Distonoplant capsules N114: can be administered to adults and children over 16 years of age, at a dose of 1 capsule 3 times a day. If necessary, 6 capsules per day can be administered under the recommendation of a doctor. The duration of treatment with Distonoplant capsules N114 is 1-2 months, and can be repeated after one month.

Distonoplant capsules Mami și bebe: the manufacturer's recommended daily dose is 1 capsule administered twice a day for 1-2 months. At the end of the treatment, 1-2 capsules can be administered as needed. If a stronger effect is required, a maximum of 4 capsules per day can be administered for 2 weeks, as recommended by a doctor.

Distonoplant Forte N171: take one capsule twice a day for 3-6 months. Depending on the need and the doctor's recommendation, a maximum of 4 capsules per day may be taken. This type of treatment is recommended for adults and children over 16 years of age.

The manufacturer does not recommend treatment with Distonoplant if you are pregnant.

During breastfeeding, you can follow a 2-week treatment with a dosage of 1 capsule taken 2-3 times a day, preferably between meals.

Distonoplant Fares tea contains a combination of Romanian herbs with calming and mood-enhancing properties. Among these, Melissae herba (popularly known as lemon balm) induces a state of mental and psychological well-being, while Lippiae citrodorae follium (known as lemon verbena leaves) helps to maintain resistance in stressful conditions.

Distonoplant tea also contains seeds of scinduf, busoic, serlai, passionflower, lavender and vinariță. Distonoplant tea N133 also contains California poppy (Eschsholziae herba).

The manufacturer recommends drinking 2-3 teas a day, between main meals. The tea should be left to infuse for 10-15 minutes. A 2-month course of treatment with Distonoplant tea is also recommended, which can be repeated after a one-month break.

The manufacturer does not recommend Distonoplant tea for pregnant women.

If you are pregnant, you can drink 2 cups of Distonoplant Fares tea per day.

Children over the age of 6 can drink Distonoplant tea.
