Description Femina
The information in the FAQ section was created by the Liki24.co.uk team and is based on the official manufacturer's manual
Femina tincture is a dietary supplement that helps reduce discomfort associated with menopause, alleviating hot flushes and excessive sweating, preventing panic attacks, irritability and depression, and having a calming effect.
When is Femina recommended?
Femina tincture is recommended for specific menopausal symptoms, as it helps the body adapt to hormonal changes.
What does Femina contain?
Femina tincture contains:
- Sage (Salviae sclareae) - contains chemical compounds such as sclareol, which may have an oestrogenic or phytoestrogenic effect in the body. There is some preliminary evidence suggesting that sage sclare may be beneficial in managing menopausal symptoms, particularly hot flushes and symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
- Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) - contains phytoestrogens, plant compounds similar to the female hormone estrogen. Some research suggests that phytoestrogens may have a beneficial effect on menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes and vaginal dryness.
- St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) - is a medicinal herb traditionally used to treat mild depression and other emotional disorders. Some women may experience symptoms of anxiety and depression during menopause, and St. John's wort has been studied in this context.
- Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) - has been traditionally used to reduce associated symptoms such as hot flushes and abdominal discomfort.
- Oregano (Origanum vulgare)
- Cereal alcohol (Contains max. 45% vol. ethyl alcohol)
- Water
How is Femina administered?
Femina tincture is taken internally, one teaspoon three times a day, between meals, for 10-14 days per month or as needed.
