Imviral

Imviral is a dietary supplement with antiviral and antioxidant properties that promotes recovery and strengthens the body.

Thanks to its rich content of echinacea, zinc and vitamin C, Imviral Plus strengthens and helps the normal functioning of the immune system and protects cells against oxidative stress. Elderberry participates in the body's fight against viruses and bacteria, having a beneficial effect on the respiratory system. Thanks to its willow bark content, known as natural aspirin, Imviral Plus reduces pain and inflammation and helps lower fever.

Imviral is part of the group of phytotherapeutic medicines and can be prescribed on the basis of a doctor's recommendation for medical conditions such as viral or bacterial infections, flu, COVID-19, colds, and low immunity.

One tablet contains standardised extracts of: elderberry (Sambucus nigra), garlic (Allium sativum), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), pine bark (Pinus maritime), oregano (Oreganum vulgare) and excipients.

For children over 5 years of age - 1 tablet per day, for colds 2 tablets per day.

For adults - 2 tablets per day, 3 tablets per day for colds.

Imviral Plus contains the following additional ingredients compared to Imviral: zinc, vitamin C, echinacea root extract (Echinacea purpurea), willow bark extract (Salix alba) and excipients, but does not contain rosemary and oregano.

It is administered as follows:

Adults: 3 tablets per day (one tablet with each main meal) for 7-10 days Children over 7 years old - 2 tablets per day (one in the morning and one in the evening, with meals). In preparation for the cold season, 10-day courses can be repeated monthly in spring and autumn.

Imviral Plus combines classic ingredients with known and proven immune-supporting action to provide maximum and complete immune support:

Elderberries help the body fight viruses and bacteria by reducing bronchial inflammation.

Pine also helps the body fight viruses and bacteria by reducing inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory tract.

Willow bark, known as natural aspirin, reduces inflammation and pain and helps lower fever.

Echinacea is effective in cases of colds, flu and chronic fatigue. It stimulates the immune system and helps fight infections.

Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and to cellular protection against free radicals and oxidative stress. According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), zinc contributes to: the normal functioning of the immune system, normal DNA synthesis, maintaining normal acid-base balanceand normal carbohydrate metabolism, supporting cognitive function, normal vitamin A metabolism, normal protein synthesis, maintaining healthy hair and nails, maintaining testosterone concentration in the blood, maintaining fertility and reproduction, protecting cells against oxidative stress, and the process of cell division.
