One to two capsules are recommended twice a day.

It is administered as follows:

Adults: 5-7 drops 3 times a day.

Mix the oil with a teaspoon of syrup or honey.

Use for 7-14 days or as needed. Can be repeated after a 2-week break.

Inhalations: for respiratory health: put 2-3 drops of essential oil in a bowl of hot water, inhale for 5-10 minutes while leaning over the bowl with your head covered with a towel; For meditation and relaxation: diffuse 4-5 drops of essential oil in the room

For respiratory health: can be inhaled directly from the bottle or 1-2 drops can be applied to a tissue or cotton pad and then inhaled.
