Inofolic

Inofolic sachets contain 2 g of inositol and 200 μg of folic acid.

Inofolic Combi contains 110 mg of myo-inositol, 27.6 mg of D-chiro-inositol and 400 μg of folic acid.

• Inositol - Inositol is a sugar produced in the body but also found in food. It can be found in nine forms, but myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are the most common in supplements. It plays a structural role in your body as a major component of cell membranes, as it influences the action of insulin – a hormone essential for blood sugar control – and affects chemical messengers in the brain, such as serotonin and dopamine. Rich sources of inositol include grains, beans, nuts, and fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Folic acid - is necessary for the proper functioning of the body, being involved in the production of genetic material (DNA) and other bodily functions. Folic acid contributes to energy production, carbohydrate metabolism, regulates the functioning of the nervous system and the transformation of proteins and lipids in the body. Folic acid also prevents congenital malformations. Low folate levels in the early stages of pregnancy have been associated with an increased risk of brain, spine or bone marrow malformations. It is therefore important for pregnant women to take folic acid supplements both before and during pregnancy.

Inofolic sachets and Inofolic Combi can be useful and help with:

Inofolic Combi is a dietary supplement containing myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol and folic acid, which helps maintain the necessary levels of these substances in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased body requirements.

Inofolic sachets are taken twice a day, one sachet in the morning and one in the evening, dissolved in a glass of water. The product does not contain any potentially allergenic ingredients and can be used safely during pregnancy.

Inofolic Combi is administered 1 or 2 capsules per day, at 12-hour intervals.

If the recommended daily dose is not exceeded and it is administered correctly, Inofolic does not cause any undesirable side effects. Inofolic should be kept out of the reach of children.
