Nasirus Sinus is effective in treating symptoms associated with sinus infections. Sinus infections are often accompanied by nasal congestion, facial or eye pain, profuse nasal discharge, and pressure in the sinus area. This medicine acts as a nasal decongestant and anti-inflammatory, reducing sinus swelling and relieving symptoms.

Nasirus Sinus can be used to treat nasal congestion and other symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis is caused by exposure to allergens such as pollen, dust, or dust mites. These can cause sneezing, nasal discharge, itching and nasal congestion. The active ingredients in Nasirus Sinus help to relieve nasal congestion and the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

It is important to note that Nasirus Sinus only treats the symptoms and not the cause of sinus infections or allergic rhinitis. Therefore, this medicine does not replace antibiotic treatment or other specific therapies for sinus infections, and does not permanently eliminate allergies.

If you have had an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to any of the active or inactive ingredients in Nasirus Sinus, you should not use this medicine. Allergic reactions can range from itching and rashes to facial swelling, difficulty breathing, and anaphylactic shock, which can be fatal.

Nasirus Sinus contains pseudoephedrine, which can increase blood pressure and heart rate. Therefore, it is contraindicated in people with severe heart conditions, such as congestive heart failure, severe cardiac arrhythmias, or unstable angina pectoris. Its use in such conditions may aggravate the problem and lead to serious cardiac complications.

If you have high blood pressure that is not controlled by medication or other management methods, Nasirus Sinus should be avoided. Pseudoephedrine can increase blood pressure, which can be dangerous in cases of uncontrolled hypertension.

This medicine is not suitable for children under 12 years of age, as its safety and efficacy in this age group have not been sufficiently established.

The use of Nasirus Sinus during pregnancy or breastfeeding should be avoided without prior consultation with a doctor. The active ingredients may pass into breast milk or have undesirable effects on the foetus, which may affect its normal development.

Each Nasirus Sinus tablet contains:

• Pseudoephedrine 60 mg
• Chlorpheniramine 4 mg
• Paracetamol 500 mg

The usual dose is one tablet every 6-8 hours, with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Nasirus Sinus should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless your doctor considers that the benefits outweigh the risks.

Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment with Nasirus Sinus, as it may increase the risk of side effects.
