Tampax

Tampax. No shame. No stress. No limits

Tampax is an American manufacturer of feminine tampons with almost 90 years of history. Currently, the company is part of the multinational corporation Procter & Gamble, producing products for millions of women around the world.

The current Tampax product line consists of:

  • Tampax tampons with cardboard applicators;
  • Tampax Compak applicator tampons;
  • Tampax Compak Pearl applicator tampons.

All Tampax hygiene products are divided into three categories depending on their absorbency. Only environmentally friendly, soft and safe fibres, viscose and cotton are used in their production. The manufacturer has initiated clinical studies that have proven that tampons, when used correctly, are completely safe for women's health.

Throughout the history of the Tampax brand, its mission has been to fight the restrictions that were previously imposed on women during their periods. For example, in the 1980s, Tampax broke the taboo on television advertising of feminine hygiene products during menstruation. Overall, Tampax declares that women should not feel restricted regardless of the phase of their menstrual cycle.
