This product really saved my skin! The lotion was the most powerful, I apply it on the inflammation and by morning they are almost gone. This product was recommended to me by a dermatologist, I had pretty bad acne on my back. It does the job well, gets into my skin quickly and dries my pimples in a couple of days. I was warned that it has benzoyl peroxide in it and can discolor my clothes, so I leave it on for a few minutes to soak into my skin, then put on a white t-shirt. I also had the spray clog up after a few uses, then I read in the leaflet that it needs to be shaken well before use and I haven't had this problem again. Personally I'm very satisfied with Dorsak, it got rid of a pretty bad acne on my back without having to take antibiotics.
