The non-sterile absorbent wound dressing offers high absorbency and lies comfortably against the skin thanks to its soft non-woven covering. The Draco absorbent dressing with its soft non-woven padding features a high-absorbency cellulose flake core. It is therefore ideally suited for the primary care of heavily exuding wounds. The Draco absorbent dressing can be used both as a standard covering for primary wound closures in the postoperative phase and as a secondary dressing. In the latter case, it serves as a highly absorbent covering for primary dressings such as alginates or as a well-cushioned absorbent component in combination with impregnated wound gauze for heavily exuding wounds. The non-sterile absorbent dressings are easily removed from the packaging. The color coding allows for easy differentiation between the contact and reverse sides. The outer side is blue and serves as protection for clothing. The contact side of the dressing is white. The absorbent dressing is encased in a soft non-woven fabric, ensuring a comfortable feel against the skin.

Acute wounds, abrasions, cuts.
