HGH Day is a combination of maca, ornithine, arginine and zinc. Maca is a source of steroidal saponins and plant sterols. The building block of steroid saponin molecules is a sterol backbone (C27), similar to that from which testosterone is made. Arginine is an amino acid that performs many biochemical functions in the body, including: It is a precursor to nitric oxide (NO) secretion. One of the roles of NO in the body is to participate in the dilation of blood vessels. Zinc helps to maintain the proper level of testosterone in the blood and the proper synthesis of proteins.
