Food supplement based on plant extracts.
Passionflower and linden are useful for promoting relaxation and sleep; lemon balm promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Linden, lemon balm and passionflower.

Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 ml twice a day, diluted in water or other beverage, or directly into the mouth.
22 drops correspond to the 1 ml mark on the internal dropper.
To promote a good night's sleep, we recommend taking it in the evening. Shake before use.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Do not take during pregnancy.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of heat.
