Description

Apple pectin flakes are a dietary supplement enriched with fiber-rich apple pectin flakes. Fiber is essential for digestion, promotes nutrient transport in the intestines, and also swells in the stomach. Easily soluble and with a fruity taste.
Application :
Stir 5 heaped teaspoons (10 g) into 100 ml of water approximately 1 hour before each meal. The flakes can also be stirred into juices, yogurt, quark, muesli, etc.
