Ingredients
Black cohosh (Actea racemosa L.) rhizome extract (2.5% triterpene glycosides); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide.

How to use
Take 1 tablet 1-2 times a day, preferably away from main meals.
