• Wash your hands before preparing the baby bottle.
• Sterilize all parts of the bottle (bottle, teat and screw cap) after washing them.
• Boil water in a container and let it cool to 40-45 °C.
• Pour the required amount of water into a sterilized baby bottle.
• Add the required number of level, uncompressed scoops of powdered milk. Use only the scoop included in the lid of the container.
• Close the bottle and shake it vigorously.
• Check the temperature of the bottle (37°C) before giving it to the baby.
