Description
A high-quality whey protein isolate dietary supplement with a high protein content of up to 95% s/s. It contains the full spectrum of whey protein fractions, isolated by cross-flow microfiltration and ultrafiltration. Its key ingredients are: 100% Isolac-Carbery; 21% branched-chain amino acids; 0.8% lactose fat.

Whey protein isolate (contains soy lecithin). Other flavors: whey protein isolate (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin), 10% cocoa powder, cocoa flavoring, coloring: plain caramel, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
Take as needed up to 20 g per day (equivalent to 2 level scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, preferably between meals. To support activity and muscle trophism, and to promote repair and recovery, it is recommended to take an additional 30 g 20 minutes after exercise, along with a source of rapidly assimilated simple carbohydrates (fruit or fruit juice), preferably during a snack between meals.
