Instructions for use: Place on the elbow and adjust with the strap. 1. Insert your arm into the elbow brace. 2. Position the pads so they are on the upper and lower part of the forearm (ulnar and radial sides), just below the elbow. 3. Adjust. Putting on the strap: 1. Wrap the strap around the forearm until a firm but comfortable pressure is applied. Indications: Indicated for tendonitis, joint support, epicondylitis, workplace and sports injuries, and home use. Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the materials. If you use a size larger than recommended, the compression and support will be less than normal and will not produce the desired effect. If you use a size smaller than recommended, the compression and support will be greater than desirable for proper blood flow. The garment may be uncomfortable and may even cause pain. The outer packaging also indicates that if you are between sizes, always use the larger size. Composition: Cotton (16%), elastomer (19%), multifiber polyamide (55%).
