Flos, My Liver Blend, herbal tea – a composition of five carefully selected herbs, including agrimony and dandelion. This blend is intended for preparing an infusion that can be consumed between meals.

Ingredients

turnip greens – 30%, yarrow greens – 20%, dandelion root – 20%, chamomile flower – 20%, horehound greens – 10%

Amount of ingredients in 1 glass of infusion (1 tablespoon of the mixture): agrimony herb – 0.75 g, yarrow herb – 0.5 g, dandelion root – 0.5 g, chamomile flower – 0.5 g, horehound herb – 0.25 g.

Nutritional value per 100 ml of prepared infusion: Energy value (4 kJ/1 kcal). Contains negligible amounts of fat (including saturated fatty acids), carbohydrates (including sugars), protein, and salt.

How to use

Pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) over 1 tablespoon of the mixture (2.5 g) and steep, covered, for 30 minutes. Let steep for 10 minutes, strain, and drink the infusion, preferably between meals – 1 cup daily.
