The dressings are particularly suitable for the particularly gentle dressing and maintaining the elasticity of large surface area wounds such as abrasions, crush wounds, burns, scalds, cautery wounds and radiation injuries. Grassolind ^® Neutral can also be used to cover donor areas and apply grafts in skin transplantation, plastic and aesthetic surgery, dermatology, nail removal, phimosis operations, etc.

What distinguishes the dressing Grassolind ^® Neutral ointment 10 cm x 10 cm?

Hartmann Grassolind ^® Neutral dressing, impregnated with neutral ointment, does not contain active substances. The ointment used ensures the elasticity of the wound edges, favoring the formation of granular tissue. Due to this, it supports the epithelization process and prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound. In turn, the large tulle mesh allows secretions to flow easily into the absorbent side of the dressing. The materials used make the dressing change practically painless and do not cause irritation of the granular tissue and the young epithelium layer.
