Recommended dosage

Warnings - Precautions :

• May not be suitable for people with fish or seafood allergies.
• If you are taking Thyroxine concomitantly, do not take more than 1 capsule per day (or more than 30 μg of Iodine per day).
• It is not recommended for pregnant women, in cases of melanoma, schizophrenia, high blood pressure, or if you are taking MAO inhibitors.
