Description
Hypertonic 3% solution in single-dose format, without preservatives, for nebulization, which acts through various mechanisms that facilitate the movement of respiratory tract secretions, improving breathing through the following ways:
· by breaking the ionic bonds in the mucous gel, thus reducing the level of secretion of viscosity and elasticity;
· by absorbing water from the mucosa and submucosa, thereby reducing swelling of the walls of the respiratory tract;
· by inducing cough and sputum production, which can help clear mucus from the bronchi, improving airway obstruction.
In inhalation therapy, it is particularly indicated for patients suffering from bronchiolitis, acute bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It can also be used as a carrier for other inhalation medications.

Composition
Sterile 3% sodium chloride solution.

How to use
It can be used with any type of nebulizer. It is recommended to follow the instructions for use provided by the device manufacturer. Use 4 or 5 ml of solution in inhalation therapy or as prescribed by your doctor.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
This product is free of preservatives.
After opening, the vial must be used immediately and discarded after use, to avoid the risk of contamination and causing any infection.
Do not use in combination with other medications unless directed by your doctor.
In very sensitive patients, administration must be carried out according to medical prescription, as prior administration of a bronchodilator may be necessary.
If bronchospasms or persistent cough occur, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor.
Do not use the product after the expiration date.
Do not use if vial is damaged.

Conservation
Do not store above 25°C.
Shelf life in intact packaging : 36 months.
