FOS Actilight is a prebiotic, i.e. a non-digestible substance of food origin that selectively promotes the growth and activity of bacteria in the intestinal tract.
Purple carrot root juice helps drain body fluids, promoting urinary tract function, the elimination of intestinal gas, and overall digestive function.

How to use
We recommend taking one orodispersible sachet per day. The contents can be dissolved directly in the mouth or in a glass with about 100 ml of water or another cool liquid, to be drunk immediately afterwards. The product can be taken by children 3 years of age and older.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
