Each tablet contains: Magnesium – elemental (oxide, gluconate, lactate)...250 mg66.6% of the reference nutritional value
Mode of use
The nutritional supplement is taken by adults in a dose of 1 tablet per day with food, or according to the doctor's recommendations. The tablet should be taken with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Warning: In rare cases, digestive problems may occur, e.g. diarrhea. Keep at a temperature of 15-25°C, out of the reach of small children. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Minimum validity period until the date indicated on the packaging.
