How to use:
- As a magnesium supplement, for mental and muscular relaxation, 1-3 capsules/day, preferably taken during meals, with a sufficient amount of liquid
- To reduce the potential laxative effect, take one capsule separately, 1-3 times a day
- For a laxative effect, take 2-3 capsules in a single dose, preferably in the evening, before bedtime
- The capsules can be swallowed as is or can be opened and the powder dissolved in water.
Precautions:
- Overdosing the product may cause abdominal discomfort (diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, cramps)
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek specialist advice before use
- Product not recommended for people with allergies to the ingredients used, people with renal failure or diarrhea
