Magnesium Triple Source 300 mg is a high-concentration magnesium complex (carbonate, citrate, oxide) combined with vitamin B6. The additional intake of magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the proper functioning of muscles.

Promotes muscle relaxation and reduces the frequency of muscle contractions or mild muscle spasms when dietary magnesium intake is insufficient. Scientifically designed, it contributes to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production and the synthesis of new proteins. In addition, magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance. Vitamin B6 helps transport magnesium across the intestinal cell membrane.

Active ingredients (per 1 tablet):

• Magnesium carbonate 150 mg (40% NRV*),
• Magnesium citrate 100 mg (26.7% NRV*),
• Magnesium oxide 50 mg (13.3% NRV*),
• Vitamin B6 4.2 mg (300% NRV*).

*NRV: Nutritional Reference Value for the average healthy adult. Made without wheat, yeast, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or traces of tree nuts. Contains cornstarch.

Recommended Dosage: Take one (1) effervescent tablet as a dietary supplement daily, before meals, dissolved in 200 ml of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once completely dissolved, consume immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage: Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (up to 25 degrees Celsius). Close the cap tightly after each use.
