Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, KIJIMEA should be used twice daily.

Recommended intake:

Take two Kijimea® capsules once daily with a meal (morning, noon, or evening) and swallow them whole with plenty of liquid (e.g., a glass of water). We recommend taking Kijimea® for at least four, ideally twelve weeks.
