Use

Fill your bathtub with warm water (35-39°C). Add Creamers Leaf to the water and allow it to dissolve completely, releasing its nourishing oils and soothing scent. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes to relax your body and mind. You can also use Creamers Leaf in the shower – massage it into damp skin, then rinse with warm water. After bathing, gently pat your body dry with a towel to lock in moisture.
