Description
A dietary supplement based on a combination of three active ingredients (diosmin, coumarin, and arbutin) designed to provide rapid and effective relief from lymphatic and/or venous edema, even of varying etiopathogenesis. Its powerful draining action improves the filtration/reabsorption ratio of the microcirculation/extracellular matrix functional unit and acts both locally and by increasing diuresis.
Added to this action is that of diosmin which, by regulating the fibrinolysis/fibrinosynthesis ratio, creates an endothelial fibrin film, reducing its permeability, edema and increasing venous tone.
On the lymphatic vessels, coumarin affects both the tone of vascular smooth muscle and, above all, amplifies extracellular macrophage activity and the consequent lysis of colloid osmotic fractions that support edema. It therefore increases reabsorption and diuresis.
Arbutin also contributes to increased diuresis through its direct action, which complements that of coumarin. The improved function of the microcirculatory/matrix structures and the increased drainage and subsequent diuretic activity induce a powerful effect on edema resulting from lymphatic drainage, trauma, compression, lymphadenectomy, ionizing irradiation, sequelae of surgery, synovitis, arthritis, and mesotherapy.

Melilot dry extract titrated 17% coumarin	180 mg 30.6 mg
Bearberry dry extract titrated 10% Arbutin	17 mg 3.7 mg

How to use
Take only 1 tablet per day, even near meals, for long periods and in any case as defined by your doctor.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Contraindicated in pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children under 12 years.
There are no known interactions with other drugs.
A brown coloration of the urine may appear, a sign of the diuretic activity of arbutin, which however should not be alarming.
