Apply a small amount (about the size of a pea) to your skin and massage well to stimulate absorption. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as your skin is warm and your pores are open, which aids absorption.

Reapply whenever needed.
Dosage: 1 ml of magnesium body gel provides a minimum of 100 mg of easily absorbable elemental magnesium. The dosage can be increased to 5 ml, depending on the specialist's recommendation.
