Daily Omega + D3 contains oil obtained from sustainably caught pelagic fish (mainly anchovies). Contains essential unsaturated fatty acids (DHA and EPA) in the highly digestible form of triglycerides (TG) and vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol.

Ingredients: Fish oil from pelagic fish, natural lemon flavor, antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols.

Daily serving: 1 teaspoon (5 ml). Take 1 teaspoon of oil per day. We suggest taking it with or immediately after a meal.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect occurs when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed per day. The product is intended for healthy adults under the age of 75.
