SADOWSKI FAMILY APES Miodziś Calming herbal tea for children, 30g

It contains raspberry leaf, lavender flower, chamomile flower, licorice root, and lemon balm leaf. It's completely natural, free from sugar, artificial colors, and preservatives.

Use:

HOT portion per cup

Pour boiling water (approx. 250ml) over a teaspoon of the dried herb and steep, covered, for 5 minutes. After steeping, set aside to cool for 3-5 minutes. You can sweeten it with your favorite honey.

COLD portion per liter of herbal lemonade

Pour boiling water (250ml) over a heaping tablespoon of the dried herb and steep, covered, for 10 minutes. When the essence cools, strain the herbs, add a tablespoon of honey, and top up with cold water (750ml). The infusion tastes best chilled; ice cubes can be added.
