THE GOLD OF THE INCAS
Originally from the Amazon rainforest, Inca Inchi is grown at medium altitude on a very special, soft and muddy soil, very rich in minerals and nutrients. Also known as Sacha Inchi or peanut of the Incas (which means "like a peanut" in the Quechua language), it is the most concentrated source of Omega 3 currently available on the European food market. Traditionally used by the Incas, who ate the toasted seeds to gain strength and courage, the oil was also massaged to soothe joint and muscle pain. Today it is used both in cosmetics and in food. Its ethnic origin, traditional from the Amazon region of Peru, is arousing the curiosity and interest of consumers. Since January 2013, the European Commission has approved its consumption for food purposes (with a marketing authorization submitted to the DGCCRF and approved in August 2013).

This exceptional vegetable oil is the most concentrated source of Omega 3 currently available on the European food market. Used by the Incas for its richness in Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9 and vitamin E, it is widely used in foods (without cooking, as an alternative to fish fats) but also in cosmetics.
