Pueria Uno is a dietary supplement intended for women who are planning a pregnancy and those who are pregnant up to the 12th week. It is presented in the form of capsules:

• with vitamins and minerals,
• with DHA acid.

Food supplement Pueria Uno contains ingredients - methylated folic acid, vitamin D, iodine, DHA, which, according to the guidelines of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians, is recommended for supplements in pregnant women*. In addition, the preparation contains choline, vitamin B6 and B12.

Folate:

• folic acid is available in the supplement in two chemical forms - calcium L-methylfolate (the active form of folic acid) and pteroylmonoglutamic acid,
• contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy,
• participates in the process of cell division,
• help in the proper production of blood.

Vitamin D:

• participates in the process of cell division,
• helps maintain healthy teeth and bones, adequate calcium levels in the blood,
• helps the immune system to function properly.

Vitamin B6:

• contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity,
• helps in the correct synthesis of cysteine ​​and the maintenance of a proper metabolism of homocysteine.

Vitamin B12:

• helps the proper functioning of the nervous system,
• helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.

Hill:

• contributes to the maintenance of adequate fat metabolism,
• helps the liver to function properly.

Iodine:

• helps the correct production of thyroid hormones and their proper functioning,
• contributes to maintaining adequate energy metabolism,
• helps maintain proper cognitive functions.

DHA:

• obtained as a result of the patented technology that ensures exceptional quality and purity, from small anchovy fish with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids,
• contributes to the proper functioning of the brain and vision**,
• consumed by the mother supports proper eye and brain development in the fetus and breastfed infants****.

The capsules have a clean composition - they do not contain fillers, dyes or preservatives.
