Description
Food supplement.
Designed to promote sleep and a peaceful rest thanks to passionflower, while valerian promotes good quality sleep.
Furthermore, the product can also be taken during the day to promote relaxation, thanks to the synergy of all the plants present, and to reduce tension, restlessness, and irritability, thanks to lemon balm. Being relaxed during the day helps prepare the body for rest at night.
The extracts contained in the product are obtained through an exclusive technological extraction process, called LPME (Liquid-Phase Microextraction).

Ingredients
Water, ethyl alcohol* (30.4% vol.), apple juice concentrate*; thickener: glycerol*; passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) leaf dry extract*, hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) flowering tops dry extract*, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root dry extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf dry extract*; thickener: xanthan gum.

How to use
It is recommended to take:
- 2 to 4 ml in the evening to facilitate sleep and improve its quality;
- if necessary, 1 ml in the morning to promote relaxation throughout the day.
The product must be diluted in a little water. Shake before use.
Since the effect may vary depending on individual sensitivity, it is recommended to start by taking the minimum daily dose, increasing it according to your needs.
