Properties:
- contains Bifidobacterium longum, strain 35624, isolated from healthy human intestine;
- can contribute to the relief of abdominal discomfort;
- can contribute to maintaining normal digestive transit:
- does not contain lactose, gluten or soy.

Mode of administration:
1 capsule of Symbiosys Alflorex administered daily for at least 4 weeks.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
It can be taken with or without food at any time of the day. Fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage culture 35624.
Take Symbiosys Alflorex with water, milk or less acidic drinks eg: soya milk, almonds or rice. However, Symbiosys Alflorex can be administered during a meal containing fruit juice, as food helps protect the Symbiosys Alflorex culture.
Symbiosys Alflorex is a food supplement that does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients:
Main ingredient: 1x10⁹ (1 billion) CFU (colony forming units) of Bifidobacterium longum 35624.
Other ingredients: corn starch, capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Bifidobacterium longum 35624, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Precautions:
To date, there is no known interaction with other dietary supplements or medications. However, Symbiosys Alflorex is composed of bacteria that could be inactivated by antibiotic treatment. We recommend that you continue to take Alflorex with antibiotics. While taking antibiotic treatment, the daily dose of Alflorex should be taken separately from the antibiotic dose.
