Which pants size is the right one?
To find the right size for TENA® Pants Super disposable pants, please do not use your underwear size as a guide; the crucial measurement is your hip circumference. TENA® Pants Super disposable pants are suitable for men and women and are available in four sizes: S fits a hip circumference of 65 to 85 cm, M fits a hip circumference of 80 to 110 cm, L fits a hip circumference of 100 to 135 cm, and XL fits a hip circumference of 120 to 160 cm.

Expert advice for bladder weakness

Even with incontinence, it's important to ensure adequate fluid intake to prevent urinary tract infections. Therefore, drink approximately 1.5 to 2 liters of water and unsweetened herbal and fruit teas daily. However, you should largely avoid strongly diuretic drinks such as coffee and caffeinated sodas, black tea, and alcohol.
