Composition:
The aerial part of the Traista-cobanului plant – Bursae Pastoris herba.

Active principles:
Contains biogenic amines, glycosides, tannin, resins, flavones, traces of alkaloids, mineral salts, vitamin C.

Properties:
Hemostatic, vasoconstrictor on the uterus, uterotonic, regulates menstrual flow, regulates blood pressure, astringent, hypotensive.

Recommendations:
Internal: uterine hemorrhages, uterine diseases, dysmenorrhea, metrorrhagia, menopausal disorders, epistaxis (nosebleeds), diarrhea, hypertension, atherosclerosis.

Mode of administration:
Internally: infusion of one teaspoon of the plant in 250 ml of water. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 cups of tea a day, in long-term cures.

Contraindications:
